Reminiscent of a five-star hotel, this project has all there is to offer in the way of first-class architecture and resort features. Two pools, a spa, and a pool house are perched on a 45 degree downward sloping hill.
The client envisioned a design that captured Early California with elements reminiscent of the gold mining era. The finished project includes: a “cowboy cabin” style pavilion, a tube slide, an outdoor shower, and underwater boulder formations.
Renovation is an understatement in this mountain getaway redo. The existing pool was dramatically reshaped; spa and 80 ton natural stone waterfall added and stone coping and waterline tile complete a truly magnificent transformation.
The project is a stay-cationer’s dream getaway. The project includes a 65’ long pool with 14’ diving board, boulder outcroppings above and below the waterline, spa with stone water feature, and massive boulder waterfall.
The project design features include a 65’ x 38’ main pool which spills over an infinity edge feature into a secondary wading pool. A large boulder water feature with multiple stream beds leading into the pool.
The client wanted a completely natural pool and garden environment which looked and functioned like a mountain swimming hole. We chose all natural finish materials such as stone, boulders, and pebble plaster for the pool, spa and water feature.
